    Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes officially opened the PCG-PBC-Ateneo School of Government Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship or LSE program on Friday, March 10, 2017. The 7-month course provides Overseas Filipinos training on project, personnel, and financial management to eventually allow them to become social entrepreneurs of their own. Some 60 students joined Batch 48 of the LSE program, now on its 5th year in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.Cortes remarked that the LSE program is a call for OFs to exert greater efforts to harness the creative and innovative talents and skills of the Filipino.
