Highlights of Bayaniyan 2016 in Dubai

Bayanihan Festival 2016 at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) on Friday, December 16. The event was highlighted by sing and dance performances by local Filipino talents. There also was a children’s singing contest, an on-the-spot painting contest and exhibit, a Christmas tree and parol making contest, mini bazaar, awarding ceremonies for exemplary OFWs, beauty contest and surprise guesting of celebrities from the Philippines. This year’s celebrity guests were Daniel Matsunaga and Francine Prieto.
Bayanihan Festival, one of the most anticipated Filipino events held annually by the Filipino community in Dubai and Northern Emirates, was organized by volunteers from the community, under the auspices of the Philippine Consulate General (PCG) Dubai.

Garden Glow
